Pune-based Payatu Technologies is the parent company of Nullcon, Asia's largest hacking and cybersecurity conference. Founded in 2010, Nullcon hosts annual information security conferences in Goa, India and Germany, attracting over 3,000 attendees and featuring live bug bounties, hack demonstrations, and cutting-edge cybersecurity insights.
The strategic acquisition will enable Nullcon to expand its global footprint, particularly in the United States, while maintaining its strong presence in India. Payatu's co-founders - Antriksh Shah, Aseem Jakhar, and Murtuja Bharmal - will continue to lead and grow the conference's operations worldwide.
Princeton, New Jersey-headquartered ISMG operates 39 media properties focused on information security and risk management, serving 1.6 million subscribers globally. This acquisition strengthens ISMG's portfolio of cybersecurity research, events, and training offerings.
