Boolean Legal assists B2B fashion platform Zyod in its USD 18 MM fund raising

ZYOD, an apparel sourcing and manufacturing startup, announced that it has secured $18 million in its Series A round of funding. The investment round was led by RTP Global Partners, and also saw participation from existing investors Lightspeed and Alteria Capital and new investors Stride Ventures, Stride One, and Trifecta Capital.

This strategic investment marks a significant milestone for Zyod, positioning the company for further growth and innovation and it will leverage the new funding to grow its operations across more than 40 countries. The e-commerce startup aims at technological advancements and talent acquisition, while continuing to “disrupt” India's apparel manufacturing ecosystem.
